Design factors for wellbeing and creativity in work environment

The research project is proceeding as doctoral studies at the Department of Human Work Sciences, Division of Engineering Psychology at Luleå University of Technology in  Sweden. She is supervised by Professor Håkan Alm and Professor Leif Edvinsson.

The research project has so far been financed from Industry mainly from TeliaSonera Sverige AB, TCO Development AB, Colour Business, Martela AB and through the Jarl Andersson Scholarship from Kinnarp.

The final case study of the research project is right now being planned and it will include cooperation with construction business regarding office buildings. The time schedule is to carry out the project within the year of 2010.
